Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any reshipping costs will be covered by the customer.
Damages and issues
We have a 30-day return policy on damages and issues.
Please note: Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer.

- If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please take clear pictures,

If you still wish to return the items, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Change of mind:
We have a 30-day return policy on change of mind.

- Once the return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

In this case, once we accept your return, you will cover the shipping costs.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it,
- unworn or unused,
- with tags,
- in its original packaging, and
- you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Final Sale Items
- Gift Cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@inkedgarment.com.au.
Reasons why a refund wouldn't be approved:
- The items returned are not the items in the order
- The items returned do not follow the eligibility criteria listed above
- The items returned without first requesting a return
